Not too long ago, Capcom confirmed via a tweet that the Bloody Palace expansion is set to release for free on April 1, 2019. The Bloody Palace update will test the skills of players as they fight through hordes of enemies and bosses in a race against time. Similar to the game’s main campaign, players will be given the option to play as Dante, Nero, or V.
Currently, Capcom only revealed the update’s general gameplay and is yet to give further details on Bloody Palace’s other features. Several weeks ago, rumors swirled in the community claiming that Bloody Palace could feature a multiplayer mode after data miners uncovered the possibility of a multiplayer component and matchmaking.
However, Capcom is still yet to confirm these speculations. Nevertheless, details on the matter of potential multiplayer features in Devil May Cry 5’s Bloody Palace DLC could come relatively soon given that the update’s release date is only a few weeks away.
