Nixxes Software Founder and President Jurjen Katsman is extremely pleased with their final product:

The PC edition also features high-end options such as DirectX 11 support, the use of tessellation to improve the character silhouettes, improved Screen Space Ambient Occlusion, anti-aliasing, and “improved blurs and depth of field.” Plus, major AMD enthusiasts can take advantage of EyeFinity and configure DX: HR on five monitors in mind-bending 3D. No matter which version you choose, expect the 25-hour campaign and general gameplay mechanics to be the same across all platforms.

So PC gamers, does Katsman’s assertion give you comfort? Or are you skeptical that Deus Ex: Human Revolution will live up to its PC pedigree?

Deus Ex: Human Revolution releases for the PC, PlayStation 3, Xbox 360, and OnLive on August 23, 2011.
